- System Security: Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect the institution’s IT infrastructure and data.
- ERP System Administration:
- System Management: Managing and maintaining the institution’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation.
- Data Integrity: Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the ERP system.
- User Support: Providing training and support to staff on the effective use of the ERP system.
- Report Generation: Generating reports from the ERP system for academic, administrative, and financial purposes.
- Internet Connectivity:
- Network Management: Managing and maintaining the institution’s internet connection, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Network Monitoring: Monitoring network traffic and performance to identify and resolve potential issues.
